UPDATE COVID-19: Re-opening Info
As of Monday 18th May 2020, Metro Imaging will re-open to operate most print and production services, in compliance with the latest phase of the Government’s COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines.
We are taking great care to implement our services in a safe and practical way while ensuring our staff and clients health and safety is prioritised at all times.
With this in mind we will be operating our services in the following manner:
We will operate a one-way system in and out for our clients collecting or dropping off work
Only two customers will be allowed in our premises at any one time.
Virtual appointments (via Zoom) with technicians and production team will be available for our bespoke service. There will be no face-to-face print or framing appointments available between clients and staff.
A perspex barrier will be in place on our desk in front of house
To gain access to the lab there will be a phone number in the window to call
All staff on site will be wearing PPE to ensure artwork and areas are kept clean and uncontaminated
Sanitiser will be situated within the building for clients and staff to use
Our normal opening times will be reduced for now to ensure less time is spent on the premisses

– We will open Monday to Friday from 10.00 – 16.00
Due to these current restrictions we will only be able to operate on a skeleton staff, this will affect production and turnaround times on all our available services, so please bear in mind you will be waiting longer than normal for your prints and framed artworks.
